0108 Assist Travel/Transport

Service Description

Our staff provide transport to clients who disability make it difficult for them to access public transport. We are also able to provide support to encourage participants to build their own capacity to eventually travel independently either through their own vehicles or public transport. Our staff can be booked for weekly and regular trips. We are able to provide transport to: • Work appointments • Education related appointments • Events, community centres • Shopping centres • Other recreational activities Our goal is to make mobility within your community easier and safer.
